SATURDAY Conditioning Team Workout AMRAP in 25 minutes: • 400 meter sandbag run • 8 Clean & Jerks (#155/105) • 16 Kettlebell Swings (#70/55) • 32 AbMat Sit-ups

*One person runs while the other works through the exercises. Switch upon return.
