Here we go again!  A new week to increase the ratio of awesome in your life.

MONDAY Strength Power Snatch [wmv][mov] Take 15 minutes to establish a 3 rep max.

Conditioning 4 Rounds For Time: • Run 200 meters • 3 Power Snatches • 6 V-Ups [YouTube Demo] • 12 Air Squats * Rest 2 minutes between each round
