THURSDAY Warm-up Strict Chin-ups 2-3 sets of max reps Kipping Chin-ups 2-3 sets of max reps
Strength Conditioning Five rounds of: • 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans • 10 Dumbbell Push Press/Jerks • 15 Dumbbell Front Squats
Increase the load each round and go heavy. Rest as necessary between rounds.
There is no time component to this WOD, but the dumbbells may not leave the hands once a round begins.

Reckless Hosts Silent Warrior Fundraiser WOD Reckless CrossFit will be hosting an event to raise money for the Silent Warrior Scholarship Fund. The Silent Warrior Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to any college-bound person based on direct familial relationship to a Reconnaissance Marine, academic achievement, and financial need. Scholarships will be determined by July 15th of each giving year. Scholarships will be awarded twice a year to one person who applies to the Scholarship. Scholarships may be awarded to more than one person at the discretion of the Silent Warrior Scholarship Fund board of directors.
