SATURDAY Partner Workout AMRAP in 25 minutes: • 3 Rope Climbs • 9 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Thrusters (#45/25) • 15 Ball Slams (#20/15)
One partner runs 200 meters with a medicine ball while the other is working on the AMRAP. Switch roles as partners finish each run. Complete as many rounds as possible in this manner in 25 minutes.
Beginners: sub 15 pullups per 3 rope climbs.
