WEDNESDAY Conditioning 5 x 50 meter sprint Walk back 50m recovery. Record first 50m time. Do not be slower than 1 second off that first sprint.

Rest 5 minutes.

Then AMRAP in 12 minutes: • 20 Double Unders • 20 Back Squats (#95/65) • 20 Sit-ups
