TUESDAY 6 Rounds, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, for each movement: Deadlift (#135/95) Hang Power Clean (#115/65) Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (#95/45)

*Immediately after the last 30sec of rest run 1 mile for time.

*Complete all ten rounds of each movement before rotating to the next. No extra rest between exercises. Count total reps of each move for overall score.
