Holy Cardio, Batman!

FRIDAY Conditioning 10 x 50 meter sprint Walk back 50m recovery. Record first 50m time. Do not be slower than 2 seconds off that first sprint.

Rest 10 minutes.

Then AMRAP in 6 minutes: • 10 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) • 10 Box Jumps (24"/20") Or Row 1500 meters
