Conditioning 4 Rounds of: • Run 400 meters • 20 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) • 20 Box Jumps (24"/20")

* Immediately upon completion of the last round, use exactly 1 minute to perform as many reps of Handstand Push-ups as possible. Record total time and HSPU.
