SATURDAY Partner "Eva" Complete the following as a 2 person team: 5 Rounds For Time: • Run 800 meters • 30 Kettlebell Swings (#70/35) • 30 Pull-ups

What to do: Run 400 meters together. Then, only one person can work at a time and each partner must complete 15 KB swings and 15 pull-ups each round.
