StrengthRing Dips 3-5 sets of 10 [wmv][mov] Push-ups 3-5 sets of 15

Conditioning AMRAP in 14 minutes of: • 10 Deadlifts (#135/95) • 5 Push Jerks (#135/95) [wmv][mov]

Every 2 minutes on the clock perform 5 unbroken burpees and then move on in the WOD.
