WOD:

For time:

• 300 Sit-ups

• 200 Single-arm Kettlebell Swings (100 each arm) [wmv][mov]

• 100 Wall Ball [wmv][mov]

You can partition the reps for each exercise as you like to complete this WOD.

Select a challenging but doable weight for both the swing and the wall ball.
