Power Snatch [wmv][mov], 5-5-5-5 (ramp up for WOD)

Conditioning:

For time:

25 Power Snatches @ 75% 1RM

50 Overhead Squats (at same weight as snatches)

75 Sit-ups

100 Push-ups

Do not partition the rep numbers.
