Power Snatch [wmv][mov], 3-3-3-3 reps

Ramp up easy and prepare for WOD.

Conditioning

5 rounds for time:

• 3 Power Snatches ~75% of max.

• 1 Round of “Cindy”

One round of Cindy is 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats.
