We will be closed this Saturday so that we may participate in Fight Gone Bad 5 at CrossFit Tri-cities.

Skill/Strength:

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

WOD:

4 Rounds, no time component:

• Row 500 meters

• Ring Push-ups, max reps

Beginners: sub regular push-ups for rings.
