Skill/Strength:

Rope Climbing [wmv][mov]

Experienced: 6 ascents for time

Beginners: Climbing progression with rope rows and foot holds

WOD:

For time:

5 rounds of

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 Burpee “3-fer-1’s”

Then 100 sit-ups

Burpees include 2 additional squat jumps before the next rep starts. (That’s 3 including the initial get up. Enjoy.)
