Row 1500 meters for time and form.

WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

10 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls [wmv][mov] #75/45

7 Pull-ups

5 Ring Dips

Every 2 minutes on the clock perform 5 unbroken burpees and then move on in the AMRAP.
