Skill/Strength:

Handstand Push-ups [wmv][mov]

Beginners: Handstands against wall. Modified HSPU w/ bands or limited ROM.

Experienced: 3 sets of HSPU. Decide on a challenging number and go for unbroken.

WOD:

5 Minutes of Squats

4 Minutes of Sit-ups

3 Minutes of Pull-ups

2 Minutes of Push-ups

Record total number of reps per exercise as well as overall score.
