My journey started back in 2008 (Pre-bok) at a Virginia CF box, when a friend introduced me to Crossfit. The first workout consisted of a scaled down version of a workout called "Fight Gone Bad." Humbly, I was instantly hooked.

Before succumbing to my addition of Crossfit, I had been training for and participation in half Marathons, 5k and 10k races. Basic strength training for many years spending hours at the gym.
Never had I felt so excited about coming into my workouts not knowing what was on the board that day.

Later that year I signed up at NPTI to become a Certified Trainer and Nutritionist Counselor then, followed that up as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.

Crossfit has changed my life in so many ways, I am a much stronger person inside and out. I am a more confident mother/athlete/coach who loves the community in which I work and workout in. I believe motivation, support, drives us to want to be better athletes and people in general. Coaching has given me the opportunity to meet and create new athletes, in hopes to encourage, teach and learn from them. I am dedicated to working with other motivated individuals, and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.

My main goal is to connect with each person I train in a way that motivates and excites them to perform at their highest level, and also to have FUN!
