Physical fitness has always been an important part of my life. It is also a common ground I have with my family; we enjoy working out together! I grew up playing several sports and then played volleyball, soccer, cross country and basketball in high school.

In college, I took cardio kickboxing and that was the turning point for me. I decided to become certified and teach. I love the group fitness setting, it seems to be where I build relationships and make friends. I taught many different types of classes including Aqua Aerobics, Pilates and Kickboxing which helped me to become a much more well rounded athlete and instructor.

I started CrossFit about three years ago and became addicted, I love that I am challenged with every single workout. Shortly thereafter, I decided to get my CrossFit Certification so that I could coach as well. Personally, as a mom of three, I need my workout time each day for my physical and mental well being! I continued to CrossFit throughout my pregnancies and I know that it made a tremendous impact on my delivery and recovery.

My passion is to see people improve and watch their self confidence grow as they conquer their goals and see the changes within themselves. I have always loved meeting new people and building a community through my classes. CrossFit Amplify has the largest community/family that I have ever experienced!

Following this amazing example, I strive to do the same with the BootcAMP classes that I coach at Amplify.
